Liv Strömquist's book „Ich fühl‘s nicht“ (The Reddest Rose: Romantic Love from the Ancient Greeks to Reality TV) is a plea for love freed from the constraints of consumer society. A new opportunity for Strömquist to analyse and question amorous behaviour in the age of late capitalism: How can the impulses of the heart be mastered? What to do when lovesickness strikes? Why do love stories generally end badly ...? And why do some people flutter incessantly without ever landing?

The Helmi puppets and guests are on the big quest for the real UR-OPER, the primordial opera. You can follow their adventures every month in an original stage by the UdK student in Ballhaus Ost.
